IAEVG 2019 CONFERENCE: CAREER GUIDANCE FOR INCLUSIVE SOCIETY (Bratislava/Brno)

The2019conference of the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG) will take place in Bratislava (Slovakia) from 11to13 Septemberwith a pre-conference global symposium that will be held in Brno (Czech Republic) on September 9-10, 2019. The conference ishosted by a community of career guidance practitioners and providers represented by two national associations from Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Main partners of the conference are the University of Economics in Bratislava, Euroguidance centres in Slovakia and Czech Republic, the Ministry of Education,Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.

TOPIC AND REFLECTION AREAS

The topic of the 2019 conference is "Career Guidance for Inclusive Society" with 5 areas of reflection:

1. An inclusive society in the age of precariat
2. Career guidance breaking the shell
3. Transition economies: career guidance as a "luxury"
4. From Industry 4.0 to Inclusive society 4.0? Challenges for citizens, counsellors, companies, and policy makers.
5. Career guidance and democratic participation
