Can we manage our personalities to become more successful, more productive and less stressed? Is personality fixed over the lifespan? Does personality matter in leadership? Is personality more important than ability?

This course explores the differences between people that Psychologists attribute to Personality. By doing this we can learn a surprising amount about ourselves, and why and how we are different from others. Material is drawn from the Occupational rather than Clinical literature, but suitable for anyone interested in looking at the human condition.

Students look at current psychological theory and recent research addressing these and more questions exploring the link between personality characteristics and workplace success or failure.
