France (Employment Sector)
The Euroguidance Centres within Labour consist of two centres, centre Inffo www.centre-inffo.fr, national centre for the development of information on vocational training and the CARIF PACA Espace Compétences, a regional information centre on vocational training in Marseille.
CARIF OREF PACA (Espace Compétences PACA)
Espace Compétences PACA , is a member of the Network of Regional Information Centres for Vocational Training – Intercarif – providing information on vocational training in each of the regions of France (www.intercarif.org).
In PACA, Provence Côte d’Azur (one of the 26 French regions):
- it provides information to the public about training opportunities, training rights, validation of non formal and informal learning by experience (VAE), labour market in French regions…
- it provides practitioners information about employment and training (observatory, VAE, database, Euroguidance…)
- it helps decide employment and training policy-makers
Centre Inffo
Centre INFFO is the French National Centre for the development of the information on the continuing education
- It provides information on vocational training, regional policies and legal framework for continuing vocational training in France.
- It gives information on initial and continuing vocational training systems of the European Union countries and takes part to 3 European networks among which Euroguidance.
- Finally, Centre Inffo manages the national portal on guidance and initial and continuing training:www.orientation-formation.fr
CARIF OREF PACA (Espace Compétences PACA)
Fait partie du réseau des CARIF OREF informant sur les offres de formations professionnelles dans chacune des régions françaises (www.intercarif.org)
- informe le public sur les formations initiales et continues, les droits de chacun à la formation, la VAE, les métiers, le marché local de l’emploi
- informe et accompagne les professionnels sur les thématiques emploi-formation (observatoire, VAE, catalogues, bases de données, Euroguidance,…)
- aide à la décision les acteurs des politiques publiques emploi-formation

Centre Inffo
Le Centre Inffo est le Centre National pour le Développement de l’Information sur la Formation Permanente
- Il donne des informations sur la formation professionnelle, les politiques régionales, et le cadre légal de la formation professionnelle continue en France.
- Il donne des informations sur les systèmes de formation professionnelle initiale et continue des pays de l’Union européenne et est membre de 3 réseaux européens parmi lesquels Euroguidance.
- Le Centre Inffo gère également le portail national sur l’orientation et la formation initiale et continue : www.orientation-formation.fr
