Career Guidance Workshop: Am I Attractive to Employers?
A career guidance workshop for young people was held, on the topic "Am I attractive to employers". The workshop was held within the framework of the Career Days of Barracks Hub - Ohrid, North Macedonia
As a part of the workshop, young people were given the opportunity to make a self-assessment of their skills that make them competitive in the labor market.
They were enabled to go through the steps of career planning through the steps of active job search. One of the main points was the creation of the Europass CV, as a model electronic portfolio and a useful digital tool.
